Delivery/Shipping

Delivery/Shipping is based on the date and postal code indicated at checkout, subject to availability and our confirmation. "Same Day Delivery" applies to product that is ordered before 12 pm on our business days and is currently in stock. Every recipient is contacted before delivery to ensure they are available to receive the product. If there is no response after multiple attempts, and it is confirmed with the customer beforehand, the product may be left by the door with no liability to us. 

The Delivery Fee is calculated at checkout and varies depending on location. As we are a Hope-based floral business, our standard delivery area is Hope. If you would like deliveries to more remote places nearby or to Chilliwack, please contact us for further inquiry.
